athena

Summer of 2015, I made Athena from the game Borderlands for the company’s costume contest. The armor pieces were made out of craftfoam and worbla before being spray painted red and cell-shaded by hand with acrylics. The costume was divided between me and my two partners in crime. I made the armor pieces and props, as well as painted the base for them; Emma and I worked on the outfit; and Joanna cell-shaded the details. Her sword and shield can be found, here. Together, we accomplished the whole outfit in 2 weeks.
